We used a realtor before Evan, but he didn't operate with nearly the same intention for our interests. He didn't provide many options that were what we were looking for and there was always something wrong with the places we went to. But, when we began working with Evan, he put our interests first and quickly found us a home in the area that we wanted. He made sure everything went smoothly through the contracting period when we were out of town and ensured we got the necessary home updates made as well. Would highly recommend!
